What You Are Purchasing:

Thank you for taking an interest in my dahlias. When you place an order from Only The Pretty Petals, you are purchasing an individual tuber not a clump of the variety you selected.

Refunds & Cancelations:

You may cancel your order for a refund subject to a re-stocking fee, as long as you contact me before April 1st, 2025. If you cancel your order, you will be charged a $15.00 re-stocking fee.

Refunds will only be available for those tubers that arrive with no visible eye or show signs of bacterial disease. If you have an issue with your order, you must notify me within five days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. 

Only The Pretty Petals will not issue refunds for tuber failure after planting or for virus - Only The Pretty Petals works hard to implement the best sanitization practices and testing practices, but viruses can and do arise after planting therefore we will not refund for viruses. Please contact us immediately if one of these issues arises. In order to receive a refund for diseased or a blind tuber you must contact us on or before June 15, 2025.

Substitutions to Orders:

Unfortunately, storage failures happen. If we are unable to fulfill your order for a variety we will contact, you through email or via phone to ask if you would like a refund or substitution.

Limits to Orders:

Certain varieties have a limits on how many you may purchase. This is noted up in the corner of the shop page on each variety that is limited. We have set limits to allow more customers to purchase hard to get or low stock varieties. If you purchase over the stated limit, we will refund your money for the overage tubers and place them back for sale. 

​

Privacy Policy:

Only The Pretty Petals will never use your information for any purpose other than to ship your product to you or to contact you regarding your order. We will never sell your information to a third party. 

 

Rudeness & Harassment:

Rudeness, harassment and disparaging comments online or via email toward the seller will not be tolerated. This includes degrading, abusive, threatening and/or intimidating language. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order and all future orders for violating this policy.

​Local Pickup:

Locals, please pay attention to your emails for pickup. If you do not respond to the third email to pick up your order it will be restocked and sold to another buyer. You will be refunded the amount of your order minus the re-stocking fee of $15.00. If there continues to be issues with getting customers to pick up their order(s) in a timely manner, it will not be offered in the future.

Shipping Issues:

Buyer accepts the risk of lost, damaged, delayed, frozen packages and will file their grievances with USPS. Buyer understands that they may file an insurance claim with USPS and Only The Pretty Petals in not responsible to file or assist in this claim. If you have questions regarding the insurance coverage offered by USPS please contact them.

 

If you did not receive shipping information, please check your junk or spam folder. Please reach out to us if you are unable to locate it and we will attempt to track it down for you.

 

Please do not claim to have not received your order if you did. If you are caught doing this, we will refuse to sell to you in the future. 

 

Only The Pretty Petals is also not responsible for any theft of your package from your delivery location. 

 

If your address is undeliverable according to USPS we will attempt to contact you on three occasions by phone and email provided by the buyer at checkout - Only The Pretty Petals is not responsible for incorrect information typed in at checkout. If you do not respond to correct the issue your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund subject to the re-stocking fee of $15.00.

Please note Washington residents will be charged sales tax.
